Doctor Tracy Pollard was a female Human Starfleet officer in the 23rd century and later in the 32nd century. She was assigned to the USS Discovery in the 2250s as a physician.
After Lieutenant Ash Tyler was revealed as the Klingon Voq, she was assigned his case. Pollard was present and monitoring the situation when L'Rell performed a procedure to remove Voq's identity from Tyler's body. (DIS: "Vaulting Ambition", "The War Without, The War Within")
In 2257, Pollard treated Commander Michael Burnham when she was injured during the rescue of Engineer Jett Reno and the survivors of the downed USS Hiawatha. (DIS: "Brother")
During Discovery's encounter with the Sphere, Pollard gave treatment to Commander Saru and other crew members when the ship was severely damaged. (DIS: "An Obol for Charon")
Pollard was among the crewmembers who volunteered to stay on board the Discovery and accompany Burnham when she took the ship forward to the 32nd century to elude Control, with no chance to return. She was on duty in sickbay helping the injured during the Battle near Xahea. After Discovery disappeared from its original timeframe, Pollard was presumed dead by Starfleet, based on the testimonies of the USS Enterprise senior officers. (DIS: "Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2")
Pollard arrived with the rest of the Discovery crew to 3189. She continued to serve in sickbay, treating the injured after the time jump and the crash landing on "the Colony". (DIS: "Far From Home")
After Adira Tal revealed that they were joined with a Trill symbiont, Pollard and lieutenant commander Hugh Culber performed a scan to confirm the good health of both symbiont and host. Adira could not access the memories of Tal's previous hosts, so Culber suggested they go to Trill. Pollard cautioned that the Trill may be unable or unwilling to help. (DIS: "Forget Me Not")
Tracy Pollard was played by actress Raven Dauda.
