The Treaty of Alpha Cygnus IX was a treaty ratified sometime prior to 2366.

It was one of the major treaties that Ambassador Sarek was credited for. William T. Riker recalled learning about the ambassador in school, naming this treaty among the highlights of the Vulcan's career. (TNG: "Sarek")
