Uses of tritanium[]

Tritanium alloy was a widely-used construction material. The bulkheads of Enterprise were composed of tritanium. (ENT: "Dead Stop") It continued to be used in the 23rd century, when it was used in the Crossfield-class. (DIS: "Saints of Imperfection") In the 24th century, Federation starships, specifically Galaxy-class, Intrepid-class, and Raven-type, also had tritanium bulkheads. (TNG: "Where Silence Has Lease"; VOY: "Year of Hell, Part II", "The Raven", "Repentance")

In the script for "Fight or Flight", the hull of an Axanar cargo vessel is instead referred to as containing ditanium, although this is changed to tritanium in the final version of the episode.

The hulls of Federation Type 6 shuttlecraft were composed of tritanium. A Class 2 shuttle's hull was also made from a tritanium alloy. (TNG: "Rascals"; VOY: "Threshold")

Tritanium was also used as a type of armor plating in assault skimmers. (DS9: "Business as Usual")

Federation EJ7 interlocks were composed of a tritanium compound. In 2369 Chief O'Brien's went missing and he found the remains in a power conduit alongside the organic remains of Ensign Aquino. Prior to this find, the computer located a tritanium source in the tool locker in level three. (DS9: "In the Hands of the Prophets")
