Tucker Smallwood (born 22 February 1944; age 75) is the actor who guest-starred in an episode of Star Trek: Voyager, portraying Admiral Bullock in the fifth season episode "In the Flesh". He is best known in Star Trek for his recurring portrayal of the Xindi-Primate councilor in the third season of Star Trek: Enterprise, which he himself named "Depac". .
He is also known to science fiction fans as Commodore Glen Van Ross in the FOX television series Space: Above and Beyond (which co-starred Lanei Chapman), and has appeared as a guest star on Babylon 5 alongside Andreas Katsulas, Bill Mumy, and Kitty Swink. He also appeared in a small role in Deep Impact, which featured Denise Crosby. Smallwood appeared as God alongside fellow Voyager alumnus Sarah Silverman in four episodes of The Sarah Silverman Program between 2007 to 2010. In 2001 he was featured in Panic along with Alexander Enberg and Kristanna S. Loken.
