Tyvanna

Alternate reality

Tyvanna was an alien female who, in the alternate reality, was serving in the command division aboard the USS Enterprise shortly before that starship was destroyed in 2263.

Tyvanna was at her station on the bridge of the Enterprise, which was the room's foremost starboard station, when the ship arrived at Starbase Yorktown. She returned to the bridge just as the ship was entering the Necro Cloud nebula.

During the ensuing Battle of Altamid, she was among the first to leave the bridge, when the order was given to evacuate the ship. (Star Trek Beyond)

Tyvanna was played by actress Anita Brown. This character was only named in the source's end credits.

The reference book Star Trek Beyond - The Makeup Artistry of Joel Harlow spells this character's name "Ty Vana", although the end credits of Star Trek Beyond spelled it "Tyvanna".

The character's make-up was applied to her by Leonard MacDonald and Werner Pretorius. (Prosthetics, issue 4, p. 15)
