The USS Nog (NCC-325070) was a Federation Eisenberg-class starship operated by Starfleet in the 32nd century.
In 3189, it was stationed at Federation Headquarters. (DIS: "Die Trying")
When Earth was threatened by the Dark Matter Anomaly in 3190, the Nog participated in the evacuation effort. Shortly before Fleet Admiral Charles Vance ordered all remaining ships to depart, the Nog reported that it was under heavy pressure from debris impacts and could not last much longer, despite not having reached its passenger capacity. According to Alex Kurtzman, the ship was named after Starfleet officer Nog, and it is an Eisenberg-class vessel, named in tribute to the actor. [1]
