Unimatrix 01

Unimatrix 01 was a subsection of the Borg Collective. Drones assigned to this unimatrix operated in close association with the Borg Queen. It contained trillions of drones occupying the Unicomplex deep within Unimatrix 01. (VOY: "Dark Frontier")

Some members of Unimatrix 01, including Seven of Nine, crash landed on a planet in 2368 and their link with the Collective was temporarily severed. (VOY: "Survival Instinct")

Seven of Nine was the tertiary adjunct of Unimatrix 01 until her release from the Collective in 2374. (VOY: "Dark Frontier", "Scorpion, Part II")

Unimatrix 01 was destroyed in 2378 when an alternate future version of Admiral Kathryn Janeway disrupted the collective with her neurolytic pathogen. (VOY: "Endgame")
