The United States National Guard was the military reserve force operating in the United States of America during the 21st century.
In 2024, National Guard units were mobilized to handle the rioting people in Sanctuary District A, and started arriving at positions in close proximity to the district shortly after. (DS9: "Past Tense, Part II")
