Azati Prime moons []
The system containing the planet Azati Prime had several lunar outposts and at least two moons. The planet was observed to have one moon-like object nearby.
Furthermore, the planetoid further out in the system also had a moon, which contained a monitoring station manned by three Xindi. (ENT: "Azati Prime")
Given the way the moon was brought up without explanation very abruptly and its surface had a similar texture as the planetoid Enterprise had been shown orbiting earlier, a Homeric nod might be suspected, the writers mistakenly referring to the same body both as a planetoid and later as a moon.
Badlands moon []
This moon orbited a gas giant in the Badlands.

In 2369, Bajoran terrorist Tahna Los, aboard the runabout USS Yangtzee Kiang, rendezvoused with Lursa and B'Etor's Bird-of-Prey near the lower moon of Bajor VIII to receive a quantity of bilitrium explosive. The USS Ganges, monitoring the exchange from behind the second moon, attempted to intercept him, but Tahna threatened to detonate the bomb in low orbit and wipe out the colonies on the surface of Bajor VIII. The Ganges was forced to allow him to head towards the Bajoran wormhole. (DS9: "Past Prologue")

Jupiter's moons []
The planet Jupiter had many moons, including Io and Ganymede. (Star Trek: The Motion Picture; VOY: "Life Line"; ENT: "First Flight")
After The Doctor transferred himself from the Delta Quadrant to Jupiter Station to treat Doctor Lewis Zimmerman for an ailment, the ungrateful Dr. Zimmerman congratulated him and recommended that during his visit he tour "Jupiter's third moon," noting that he heard the lava flows on it were lovely during that particular time of year. (VOY: "Life Line")
Zimmerman's statement is somewhat unclear. He may have been referring to Ganymede, the third Galilean moon, rather than Amalthea, Jupiter's actual third moon, although Io (Jupiter's fifth moon) is the only (currently known) moon of Jupiter to display active volcanism. It's possible his statement was not meant to convey any actual information. For more information on the subject, see Jupiter's natural satellites at Wikipedia.

This moon orbited the Lya Station Alpha planet. It was located in the Alpha Quadrant. (TNG: "Ensign Ro")
This moon's quadrant of origin is inferred based on the position of Lya Station Alpha as seen in the star chart appearing in the Star Trek: Picard episode "Maps and Legends".
According to Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 47) and Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library ("Federation Historical Highlights, 2161-2385"), Lya Station Alpha was located in the Lya system.
Lyrek moons[]
Lyrek, a class M planet in the Beta Quadrant, possessed three moons, two of which orbited in perfect synchronicity and produced double eclipses every seven years. DIS: "Red Directive", "Under the Twin Moons"
Mab-Bu VI moon []
This moon orbited the gas giant Mab-Bu VI. It was located in the same sector as Starbase 12, in the Alpha Quadrant. The moon could only barely be considered class M and was constantly swept by ionic cyclones and electromagnetic storms. The ground cover was all non-porous rock which made survival for a long time on the moon very unlikely.
During the 19th century, hundreds of convicted criminals from Ux-Mal were imprisoned on the moon, their consciousnesses detached from their physical bodies and set adrift in the moon's constant storms.
In 2167, the criminals attempted to escape aboard the Federation starship USS Essex. However, the starship was unable to escape the electromagnetic storms.
The criminals tried to escape again in 2368, when the USS Enterprise-D arrived to investigate the distress call from the Essex. They inhabited the bodies of Data, Deanna Troi, and Miles O'Brien, claiming to be the disembodied minds of Essex crewmembers. They took the ship under their control and ordered to assume a polar orbit of the southern polar region, where the other members of their species were located. Their true identities were uncovered and the criminals were expelled before they could bring aboard the rest of their number. (TNG: "Power Play")
Ringed moons of M'talas Prime []

Mixtus III's moons []
Mixtus III had six moons, at least one of which (the fifth) was inhabited by the Mixtus inhabitants.
In 2380, the fifth moon entered a decaying orbit, threatening to collide with the planet and destroy its population. The inhabitants requested aid from the United Federation of Planets, who sent the USS Vancouver and the USS Cerritos to safely demolish the moon. Despite some pushback from communities that venerated, inhabited, or otherwise relied on the moon's continued existence, eventually a compromise was reached and the moon was destroyed, becoming a new ring system around Mixtus III. The only remaining opposition was a wealthy man who lived on Mixtus II, and Captain Carol Freeman disregarded his protests the moment she became aware that he and his wife were the only inhabitants of that planet. (LD: "Cupid's Errant Arrow")
Moons of Nibia []
In 2285, during his mission of vengeance against James T. Kirk, Khan Noonien Singh swore that he would chase Kirk "'round the moons of Nibia and 'round the Antares maelstrom and 'round perdition's flames" before giving up. (Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan)
In 2380, Ensign Beckett Mariner, while talking in her sleep, mumbled "Buried alive... marooned for eternity... moons of Nibia." (LD: "Envoys")
These moons were only mentioned in dialogue.
According to the 2015 Star Trek: Ships of the Line calendar, one of the moons of Nibia was a small, cratered world fortified by multiple large bases. Multiple Federation Saber-class starships once waged an assault upon the moons of Nibia in the 24th century.

- See: Quark's moon
Quatal Prime's fourth moon []
This moon was one of at least four moons orbiting the planet Quatal Prime.
In 2373, as the USS Defiant approached the moon's primary, its sensors detected two Maquis raiders near this moon. A running battle occurred between the Federation starship and the Maquis ships from this moon to the planet. (DS9: "For the Uniform")
This moon was only mentioned in dialogue.
Rakal's moons []
Rakal had at least four moons.
In 2372, the fourth moon was home to a subterranean Cardassian military base. It was too well fortified against an attack by a Klingon bird-of-prey; however, a Vor'cha-class attack cruiser could cause significant damage to the base. (DS9: "Return to Grace")
These moons were only mentioned in dialogue.

In 2366, William Riker speculated that the Delta Rana warship had been hiding from the sensors of the USS Enterprise-D by "riding" a Lagrange point behind the furthest moon. (TNG: "The Survivors")
Rigel VII's moon []
In the sky of Rigel VII, two bodies could be seen. The song "Moon over Rigel VII" seemed to imply that at least one of them was a moon. The other body, more distant than the moon, was another planet in the Rigel System. (TOS: "The Cage", "The Menagerie, Part II"; Star Trek V: The Final Frontier)
Ringed moon []
This moon had a ring system and was visible in the sky from the monastery at P'Jem on a planet visited by Enterprise NX-01 in June 2151. (ENT: "The Andorian Incident")

The map of the Romulus system seen in Star Trek Nemesis does not depict moons around any of its four planets. However, TNG: "The Defector" has a scene showing two bodies in the Romulan sky, one of which might be Remus, which would make the other a moon of either Romulus or Remus. Alternatively, both might be moons. ENT: "The Aenar" also shows an object close to Romulus, the texture of which doesn't seem to correspond with Remus. The final draft script of "The Aenar" identified it as a Romulan moon. Note that despite the perspective, this body could be quite small.
Saturn's moons []
Apart from Mimas and Titan, Saturn had several other moons, as evidenced by a display graphic of their orbits. (TNG: "The First Duty")
For more information, please see Moons of Saturn at Wikipedia.
