This assistant to O'Zaal contacted him while he was on USS Voyager. He told him that one of the species who took part in the rally wanted to hold the post race party, even though it had been promised to another species. They would solve the problem by having the party on Voyager. (VOY: "Drive")
The assistant was played by actor Chris Covics.
Mechanic []
An Antarian mechanic
This mechanic attended the reception for the Antarian Trans-stellar rally held in the mess hall aboard Voyager in 2377. (VOY: "Drive")
This Antarian mechanic was played by background actor Dominic Rambaran who received no credit for his appearance.
He was identified by the call sheet as "Mechanic Species #3" and filmed his scenes on Tuesday 18 July 2000 on Paramount Stage 8.
His jumpsuit is similar to the jumpsuits worn by the Mari in the fourth season episode "Random Thoughts".

These two Antarian pilots participated for their species at the Antarian Trans-stellar Rally in 2377. Both visited the reception prior to the rally in the mess hall aboard Voyager. (VOY: "Drive")
Both actors received no credit for their appearance.
According to the call sheet they filmed their scenes on Tuesday 18 July 2000 on Paramount Stage 8. The call sheet listed them as "Pilots Species #3", the same species O'Zaal was listed.
Their costumes were previously seen as the uniforms of the Bajoran wait staff in the Replimat in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and were sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1](X) [2](X)
