He was talking to a Bajoran deputy on the promenade when Nog and Jake Sisko made business with the Lissepian freighter captain. Later he visited Quark's Bar and was winning at the dabo table. The bar patrons applauded to him. (DS9: "Progress")
Hand in hand with a Bolian female, he boarded a transport off Deep Space 9 in 2370 when Bajoran assault vessels approached the station. (DS9: "The Siege")
Together with the Bolian female he visited the Klingon restaurant on the Promenade while Jadzia Dax and Arjin had lunch at the place. He gave his companion a spoonfull of his meal while they had company at the standing table. (DS9: "Playing God")
He also appeared in Julian Bashir's Lethean-induced hallucinations in 2371 where he was among the crowd in Quark's which placed bets on how long Julian Bashir would survive. (DS9: "Distant Voices")
Off duty he got a drink from Rom while standing at the Promenade and talking to a Bajoran officer moments before Brunt closed the bar. (DS9: "Family Business")

It is unclear whether this officer exists in real life or was simply a figment of O'Brien's imagination, though the vivid picture in his head suggests O'Brien likely placed a real officer in that position.

This Human officer piloted the Defiant under the command of Worf against the Borg during the Battle of Sector 001 in 2373. When the Defiant's life support systems failed, he was beamed aboard the USS Enterprise-E with the rest of the Defiant crew. (Star Trek: First Contact)

This crewman was working on the bridge of the Defiant in 2373 under the command of Jadzia Dax when the Defiant placed the Self-replicating mines at the entrance of the Bajoran wormhole. She worked with a PADD and at an aft station of the bridge until the Defiant and Deep Space 9 were attacked by a Dominion fleet. Her console exploded and she was thrown onto the table. Later, she listened to the speech of Captain Benjamin Sisko from aboard the Defiant before Starfleet left Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Call to Arms")

Off duty, she was one of the spectators of the crime scene on the Promenade when a Vedek was found dead. Later, she shared a drink with a Bajoran officer and a civilian at Quark's while they were gambling at one of the tables. (DS9: "Accession")
She had a drink on the upper level of the Promenade and was passed by Julian Bashir and Keiko O'Brien who talked about the condition of Miles O'Brien after his time with the Argrathi. Later, carrying a bag, she crossed the Promenade when Worf followed O'Brien after the latter saw a hallucination of Ee'char. She was having a drink at Quark's and talking to a fellow civilian when O'Brien had another hallucination of Ee'char. Later, she was standing on the Promenade outside of the infirmary after O'Brien shouted at Bashir. (DS9: "Hard Time")
Off duty and dressed in a flowered dress, she was waiting in front of an airlock aboard Deep Space 9 when Onaya arrived aboard the station in 2372. (DS9: "The Muse")

Together with a female companion he entered the infirmary and told Commander Sisko and the Doctor "View lost pile luck. Away tunnel back the garden.". (DS9: "Babel")

Wearing his command division uniform he listened to Quark's announcement of the charity match between Julian Bashir and Miles O'Brien at Quark's. He stood outside of Quark's Bar and was later talking to a woman when Quark watched Martus in front of his club. Later, he was one of the spectators of the match in Quark's. (DS9: "Rivals")
Off duty, he passed Doctor Julian Bashir and Garak in front of the Replimat when Bashir tried to convince Garak to follow him to the infirmary. Later he was talking to a female Starfleet officer near the entrance of Quark's when Bashir was called to the bar because of a drunk Garak. Following Garak's recovery, he passed a Kressari near an airlock. (DS9: "The Wire")
He passed Kubus Oak on the Promenade when he was identified by Eblan. He witnessed the following accusations against Kubus and when Odo arrested him. (DS9: "The Collaborator")
In an induced simulation by the Vorta Borath, he was off duty in Quark's when a Jem'Hadar attacked Chief O'Brien. Later, carrying a bag, he passed the Replimat to study the Promenade directory while Commander Sisko and Garak talked about the future of Deep Space 9. When Sisko called for battle stations, he was armed with a phaser rifle and patroled on the upper level of the Promenade. During the attack of the Dominion on the station, Sisko ordered all Starfleet personnel to evacuated from the station and board the Defiant. He was still armed with his phaser rifle when he went to the Defiant. (DS9: "Call to Arms")
