Communications officer Edit
This soldier was contacted by the Tellarite bounty hunter Skalaar in March 2153 and informed him that he was speaking on a secured channel. Skalaar requested to transfer his hail to Captain Goroth to tell him about his "bounty", Captain Jonathan Archer. The Klingon attempted to transfer his signal and was successful. (ENT: "Bounty")
Klag's officer Edit
This officer was the commander from a cruiser that attempted to intercept Enterprise NX-01, using a false Klingon warp signature, as it illegally traversed restricted Klingon space. He warned that Enterprise must drop out of warp and prepare for an inspection, due to their passing through a star system that required authorization, by order of Governor Klag.
When the commander of Enterprise, Captain Jonathan Archer – who was posing as a Klingon – with help from a universal translator, claimed that he was on "important business" for the High Council, he warned that he didn't take orders from "a mere governor."
The curious officer then took note that he was not detecting a Council transponder signal, Archer claimed that he wasn't about to give away the fact that Chancellor M'Rek was aboard, returning to Qo'noS following "important negotiations" with the Orions. The officer laughed and commented that he had heard rumors about the Chancellor's "negotiations" with Orion women. When he made further inquiries, Archer stopped him, warning him not to be making those types of allegations over an unsecured channel, and to further, not mention this to his superiors, or he might find himself "commanding a garbage scow." (ENT: "The Augments")
