These two guards, who existed in an alternate 2404, worked for Korath. They attempted to apprehend Admiral Kathryn Janeway, after she had stolen a chrono deflector so she could return the USS Voyager to Earth in 2378. (VOY: "Endgame")
The uniform worn by Williamson was previously worn by John Lendale Bennett in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "The House of Quark" and by Patrick Barnitt early the same season in the episode "Prophecy". [1]
