Fourth[]

"Fourth" firing a phaser
This Kzinti privateer was a member of Chuft-Captain's crew on the ostensibly stolen police vessel Traitor's Claw in 2269. He had a star-shaped facial marking. On stardate 4187.3, he participated in an operation secretly condoned by the Kzinti government, the objective of which was to regain control of a Slaver stasis box that had been found on Kzin and subsequently delivered into the custody of Starfleet.
Having lured the USS Enterprise's shuttlecraft Copernicus to a small, icebound world in the Beta Lyrae system, he and several fellow Kzinti ambushed the shuttle's crew using illegally-possessed phasers, in violation of the Treaty of Sirius. They took Commander Spock and Lieutenants Hikaru Sulu and Nyota Uhura prisoner aboard the Claw, and confiscated the box.
After a Slaver weapon was discovered inside the stasis box, he helped Flyer to secure the Starfleet prisoners on the surface for use as subjects in testing the weapon. When Telepath's pressure suit was ruptured and lost pressure during this testing, he and Flyer conveyed Telepath back to the Claw. Ultimately, he was killed when the weapon's artificial intelligence activated its own self-destruct mechanism, after determining itself to have fallen into enemy hands. (TAS: "The Slaver Weapon")
Fifth []

On stardate 4187.3, he participated in an operation secretly condoned by the Kzinti government, the objective of which was to regain control of a Slaver stasis box that had been found on Kzin and subsequently delivered into the custody of Starfleet.
After several artifacts were found inside the stasis box including a piece of preserved meat, he took part in testing it, and upon finding it to be protoplasmic and poisonous reported this fact to Chuft-Captain. (TAS: "The Slaver Weapon")
