A male Nezu ambassador
This ambassador enlisted the aid of the USS Voyager in fending off asteroids that were destroying his homeworld. He was contacted by a Nezu scientist, Dr. Vatm, who informed him that there was a traitor among the Nezu, and that the asteroids were man-made. (VOY: "Rise")
The Nezu Ambassador was played by actor Alan Oppenheimer.
