This pilot commanded the lead Rakosan fighter, Rakosa One, from the Rakosan fleet that attempted to engage the invading Cardassian ATR-4107.
When Captain Kathryn Janeway of the USS Voyager hailed his ship, urging him and his fleet to break off their attack because B'Elanna Torres was aboard the missile, he suggested that they better get her off there because they were ninety seconds from intercept. When Janeway told the pilot that was not possible, he deferred to her that his orders were clear and that she would have to talk to his superiors back on Rakosa V. Moments later, he and his ship were promptly destroyed. (VOY: "Dreadnought")
