List of unnamed Romulans who lived during the 25th century.

Picard's slaves []

In an alternate 2401, these slaves were put to work at Château Picard by General Jean-Luc Picard.

When Q introduced them to Jean-Luc Picard, Picard's initial reaction was "In heaven's name...". Q responded to Picard's shock, explaining, "Well, paradise has to have staff. Come on, who's gonna mow the grass? Fertilize the apple tree? And why pay for help when you can have alien slaves?" When Picard reacted that "I would never, ever..." Q laughed, and mocked Picard, "'I would never.' Such moral convictions are the luxury of the victors." (PIC: "Penance")

These Romulan slaves were played by unknown performers.

Rebel []

Romulan Rebel 2401

Romulan rebel

In an alternate 2401, this female rebel was in Okinawa with Elnor where she participated in that day's so-called "dissident activity" as it became a rebellion, listing off "One for Cardassia. One for Andoria. One for Qo'noS. One for Vulcan. One for Romulus." Moments later she was shot in the back and killed by Confederation Corps troops. (PIC: "Penance")

This Romulan Rebel was played by Hanna-Lee Sakakibara.
