Miners
This miner was one of two miners who were cheated by Dala and her team of con artists, who were impersonating Captain Kathryn Janeway and the USS Voyager crew. They stole several hundred kilograms of bolomite from the miner. They were to trade dilithium for it, but ran off claiming a neutronic storm had forced them to leave orbit. (VOY: "Live Fast and Prosper")

This miner was contacted by the USS Voyager in an attempt to find an alien trader by the name of Gar. Gar had stolen The Doctor's matrix and sold it. The miner told Janeway that he knew Gar and had dealings with him. He said that Gar had cheated him by selling him stolen induction units and stealing iridium. He directed Voyager to a man named Kipp who might have more information on Gar. (VOY: "Critical Care")
