This Voyager crewman was part of the Hirogen training simulations aboard Voyager. He visited "Le Coeur de Lion" as one of the patrons and was later treated in sickbay due to injuries caused by the Hirogen. (VOY: "The Killing Game")
This crewmember was played by background actor Brett Bell. The call sheet identified him as "1940s Patient" in the sickbay scene while he was listed as "Patron" in the nightclub scenes.
Bridge officer #1
This officer was on duty on the bridge of Voyager when he contacted Captain Janeway during her meeting in the meeting room in 2373. He informed her, that she had an incoming transmission from the planetIlari. (VOY: "Warlord")

This crewmember was played by background actress Marie Micheaux who received no credit for her appearances.
She was identified by the call sheets – On the first one, she was just listed with her last name as one of the "Women" in the Sainte Claire scenes. On the call sheet for the sickbay scenes in Part II, she is listed as "Starfleet in French Civies".
The script describes the scene as "a man and a woman, in casual clothes, being introduced by a second woman, amidst a small gathering of people (in Voyager's Mess Hall)."
A deleted scene featured an additional interaction between the two, in a chapter called: "The Faux Pas." Here the script notes described "the man and woman from "The Formal Introduction" (Scene 11) framed in a tight shot at a small party. The woman has her hands over her mouth in a shocked reaction to something the man just said."
This crewman was part of the Klingon simulation on the holodeck, run by the Hirogen. He was lying on the ground when Captain Janeway – also appearing Klingon – fought two other Klingons. Later, he was also present when Karr joined the program. As he was wounded, he was treated in sickbay by The Doctor. He was lying on a biobed just in a Klingon uniform without the Klingon ridges and hair. (VOY: "The Killing Game")

The call sheet for Thursday 20 November1997, filmed on Paramount Stage 9 – the sickbay set, features the note "1 Klingon (Wade Miller) No Makeup or wig. Costume only. Sc. 53" which identifies him as a crewmember of Voyager.
According to the call sheet, this scene was filmed on Monday 3 October1994 on Paramount Stage 16. The background actors are listed as "Maquis (F)" and "Maquis (M)". Another scene was filmed on Friday 7 October1994 on Paramount Stage 16 and extras C. Bender, K. Tate, and P. Andres are listed as "Maquis Bodies".
In 2377, this Human was affected by radiation when a mine exploded near Voyager's hull. She and the rest of the crew left in escape pods and were rescued by the Quarren, and treated for their radiation burns. However, what the crew didn't know was that the Quarren intended to alter their memories, and make them join their working class on Quarra.
When CommanderChakotay infiltrated Quarra to find the crew the first time he entered the main power distribution plant, he passed her working there. Later, her memories were reintegrated, and she returned to life on Voyager. (VOY: "Workforce")
