Unknown era[]
Ancestors[]
These ancestors of 32nd century Vulcans coined the phrase, "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few." (DIS: "Unification III")
Though the exact date of when these ancestors lived was not given, it had to be sometime before the events of the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "The Council", which occurred in 2154, for this was the first time the phrase was said chronologically on screen.
Chemists []
By 2151, these chemists were only able to obtain small amounts of eisillium and were never able to study it in detail. (ENT: "Breaking the Ice")
These chemists were only mentioned in dialogue.
Human ship crewmember []
Prior to T'Pol's service on Enterprise NX-01, the previous record for a Vulcan serving on a Human ship was ten days. Jonathan Archer brought this up when the one year anniversary of the beginning of T'Pol's service came around. He mistakenly thought it was two weeks, but T'Pol corrected him. (ENT: "Carbon Creek")
This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
Given that Zefram Cochrane's official first contact occurred in 2063, this Vulcan could have lived in either the 21st or 22nd centuries.
