Patrol vessels[]
In an alternate timeline where the crew of the Enterprise NX-01 ultimately failed in stopping the launch of the weapon, two of these unidentified Xindi-Reptilian warships were ordered to intercept and capture the Enterprise NX-01, when they found out they were getting dangerously close to discovering it's secret location in 2154. Both of these two warships briefly fired upon the Earth vessel before one of these warships then pulled alongside and docked with the Starfleet vessel, intending to board them.
Many crewmembers, including Travis Mayweather, died in the assault. The ship also suffered severe damage limiting it to warp 1.7, mainly due to a ramming maneuver that T'Pol used to defeat and cripple the two Xindi-Reptilian warships, disabling them, making them unable to continue their pursuit of the Earth vessel. Attack on Earth[]
Two of these unidentified Xindi-Reptilian warships were seen escorting the Xindi Primary weapon once it came out of the vortex. They then broke off to purse and drive off the Enterprise NX-01, while the weapon blew up Earth. (ENT: "Twilight")
Ships during the Battle of the Ceti Alpha V[]
Three of these Xindi-Reptilian warships were known to take part in the battle within the Ceti Alpha system. One of these Xindi-Reptilian warships along with one of the Xindi-Insectoid starship's pursued the Enterprise only to be ambushed by the Intrepid and several other starfleet vessels where the pursuing Xindi-Reptilian warship is forcibly disabled by the Enterprise.
The rest of the Xindi fleet engaged the defending starfleet vessels in combat, which resulted in the intrepid getting one of it's warp nacelles torn off, forcing them to withdraw at Trip Tucker's orders. The warships then managed to drain the Enterprise's shield completely be taking out the ship's main bridge, killing the bridge crew. With that done the Xindi troops began boarding the crippled Enterprise.
This timeline was later negated by the eradication of interspatial parasites that had infected Jonathan Archer's brain. (ENT: "Twilight")
