The V'draysh escape pod was a type of emergency vessel-escape vehicle used by the V'draysh sometime in the far future.
The arrowhead-shaped vessels featured a transparent window from which the lone-passenger could view out into space that doubled as a monitor, and a ventral fin. The escape pods carried V'draysh media files from "The Long Ago," and monitored passenger life signs.
Craft stole an escape pod during a conflict, ending up adrift in space with failing life signs, but was rescued by the USS Discovery. (ST: "Calypso")
The V'draysh escape pod was designed by Kelvin Tam. Tam notes on his Artstation page that he had started to design an animation for the pod's hatch to open, though it wasn't used in the final product.[1]
