An aircraft, a type of vehicle

A vehicle was any type of transportation device, such as air vehicles, launch vehicles, space vehicles, ground vehicles, and watercraft. Most vehicles of the 21st century were privately owned. (SNW: "Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow")

Some vehicles were even capable of transporting people through time, such as Lazarus' spaceship. (TOS: "The Alternative Factor")

In 1930, when Kira Nerys and Miles O'Brien beamed to Earth from the 24th century, they both saw an automobile parked in the street. O'Brien then said "Judging by this vehicle, I'd say we're in the mid-twentieth century." (DS9: "Past Tense, Part II")

In an alternate 1944, when Charles Tucker III and Travis Mayweather were at the landing site of a shuttlepod that was stolen by Silik, Malcolm Reed contacted them, telling them that he was detecting movement in their area that he described as "several vehicles." (ENT: "Storm Front")

On Omicron Ceti III, there were "no vehicles or weapons" on the colony. (TOS: "This Side of Paradise")

According to Tom Paris, "antique vehicles" were a hobby of his. (VOY: "The 37's")

In 2379, while Captain Jean-Luc Picard was the driver of an Argo vehicle that the away team of the USS Enterprise-E were using for an away mission on Kolarus III, Data told him he "will always be puzzled by the Human predilection for piloting vehicles at unsafe velocities." Later, on that same mission, upon locating the robotic arm of a Soong-type android, Picard ordered Worf to "bring it to the vehicle." Not long after that, after shot at by the Kolarans, Picard ordered them "To the vehicle! I think it's time to try some unsafe velocities." (Star Trek Nemesis)
