Ensign Vesco was a Human who served as a Starfleet sciences division officer during the early 25th century.
In 2401, Vesco was assigned to the USS Titan-A's alpha shift. After the Titan entered the Ryton Nebula to evade the Shrike and their sensors were disrupted, she and Ensign Eli Foster were tasked with visually searching for their pursuer through the ship's aft viewports.
