Victor Talmadge is the actor, director, and stage actor who portrayed the Arin'Sen leader in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Judgment".

Talmadge received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Cornell University in 1977 and his M.F.A. from the California Institute of the Arts in 1980. Known for his many on stage performances, Talmadge co-founded the Empire Stage Players, a New York based theater company for which he also served as literary director. He also taught playwrighting for the John Hopkins University and the New York City University. His stage performances include roles in The King and I (1997-1998 and 2003), The Lion King (2000), and more recently as stand-by in the play November (2008).

On screen he had supporting roles in the short film Triangle Below Canal (1986), the drama Jacknife (1989, along Ivar Brogger, Jordan Lund, and Josh Pais), the television comedy Stolen: One Husband (1990, with Brenda Bakke, Bruce Davison, Julie Warner, Jack Shearer, and Franc Ross), the comedy drama Ted and Venus (1991, with Brian Thompson, Tricia O'Neil, Andrea Martin, and Vincent Schiavelli), the television thriller Web of Deception (1994, with Rosalind Chao, Brian Markinson, and Bob Sarlatte), the thriller Copycat (1995), and David Fincher's mystery thriller The Game (1997, with Anna Katarina and Elizabeth Dennehy).

Talmadge portrayed guest roles in the television series Midnight Caller (1991), Quantum Leap (1992, with Dean Stockwell, Jerry Hardin, Alan Oppenheimer, Barbara Tarbuck, and starring and directing Scott Bakula), Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction (2000, hosted by Jonathan Frakes), Stargate SG-1 (2003, along Thomas Kopache), and Medium (2005, with Zach Grenier and Wallace Langham).

More recently he had supporting roles in the adventure movie Hidalgo (2004, with Peter Mensah, Jerry Hardin, Frank Collison, Michael Canavan, Jeff Kober, and Malcolm McDowell) and in the comedy sequel Big Momma's House 2 (2006, along Mark Moses).
