A visitor alert
A visitor alert was a security alert signal used at private residences to notify the occupants that visitors had arrived.
In 2399, the visitor alert went off when a FNN news crew arrived to interview retired Admiral Jean-Luc Picard at Château Picard. The alert notified Zhaban, who was in the kitchen with the news on, that the crew had transported to the front entry. (PIC: "Remembrance")
