She assisted Doctor Phlox in the treatment of Corporal Askwith and another security guard in sickbay. She was present when Commander Tucker revealed Ambassador Soval that the proof of the Vulcan High Command was false. (ENT: "The Forge")
W. Willis was portrayed by recurring background actress Wanda Willis who received no credit for her appearances.
