Walker Boone (4 May 1944–29 January 2021; age 76) was the actor who played Lieutenant Commander Leland T. Lynch in the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episode "Skin Of Evil".
He appeared in smaller roles in many feature films and television episodes, ranging from the 1980 until 2012. His credits include episodes of series such as War of the Worlds (directed by Winrich Kolbe), Gene Roddenberry's Earth: The Final Conflict (directed by Joseph L. Scanlan), Highlander: The Raven (with Melanie Nicholls-King), Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye, ReGenesis (with Conrad Pla and Lisa Berry), Flashpoint, and Warehouse 13 (starring Saul Rubinek, with Brent Spiner and Faran Tahir).
He can be seen in films like Blue Monkey (1987, with Gwynyth Walsh and John Vernon), F/X2 (1991, with Biff Yeager), and Balance of Power (1996), as well as TV movies, including Murder Times Seven (1990, with Kenneth Welsh and Andreas Katsulas, directed by Jud Taylor), The Return of Eliot Ness (1991, directed by James Contner) and Guilt by Association (2002, with Marie Ward), and the direct-to-video sequel Darkman III: Die Darkman Die (1996, with Roxann Dawson and Shawn Doyle).
Boone also worked as a voice actor, best known for voicing the character of Mario in the animated series The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 (1990) and Super Mario World (1991), replacing Lou Albano who voiced Mario in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show (1989), both times alongside Tara Strong. He also lent his voice to the series X-Men (1994), the animated feature Totally Spies! The Movie (2009), and the English language dub of the South Korean animated film Daisy: A Hen Into the Wild (2011).
