Warren Kazukiyo Tabata (born 12 November 1948; age 71) is an actor who appeared as a Moab IV colonist in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "The Masterpiece Society". He filmed his scenes between Wednesday 13 November 1991 and Friday 15 November 1991 on Paramount Stage 16.

He returned to Star Trek in Star Trek: Voyager, where he appeared as a recurring crewmember. For the fifth season episode "Juggernaut", he filmed his scene on Wednesday 20 January 1999 on Paramount Stage 9. In addition, Tabata worked as stand-in for guest actors such as for Jason Alexander in the episode "Think Tank". More recently, Tabata also appeared in two episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise.

Tabata was featured as Security Officer Hanson in several episodes of J. Michael Straczynski's science fiction series Babylon 5 in 1994, with Bill Mumy, Mary Kay Adams, Andreas Katsulas, Beth Toussaint, David L. Crowley, Michael Ansara, and Dwight Schultz. He also had guest parts in episodes of Bodies of Evidence (1993, with Kate McNeil, Marcy Goldman, Jack Kehler, Susanna Thompson, William Powell-Blair, and Deborah Landis), Married with Children (1996), Home Improvement (1996), General Hospital (2001), Strong Medicine (2002, with Richard Tanner), and Living with Fran (2006, with Arne Starr).

He had supporting roles in the action thriller On Deadly Ground (1994, with Mike Starr, David Selburg, Chic Daniel, Brian Simpson, and Louise Fletcher), the television movie MacShayne: The Final Roll of the Dice (1994, with Daniel Hugh Kelly, Ben Lemon, Dey Young, Susanna Thompson, and Michael McKean), the action thriller Under Siege 2: Dark Territory (1995, with Patrick Kilpatrick, Brenda Bakke, Jonathan Banks, Christopher Darga, Kurtwood Smith, Wren T. Brown, D.C. Douglas, and Catherine MacNeal), as a Secret Service Agent in the romantic drama The American President (1995, with Anne Haney, Beau Billingslea, Gail Strickland, Clement von Franckenstein, John Mahon, Jordan Lund, Richard McGonagle, Beans Morocco, George Murdock, Googy Gress, Ron Canada, Greg Poland, David Drew Gallagher, Ray Uhler, Martin Sheen, Craig Hosking, Dan Magee, Aric Rogokos, Uriah Carr, Michael Wajacs, Sherry O'Keefe, Adolphus Hankins, and Mike Fujimoto), the thriller Dead Badge (1999, with Raymond Cruz, Marta DuBois, Leland Orser, and James B. Sikking), and the romance Town & Country (2001, with Angelo Tiffe and Michael Bailey Smith).
