Warren Kazukiyo Tabata (born 12 November 1948; age 75) is an actor who appeared as a Moab IV colonist in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "The Masterpiece Society". He filmed his scenes between Wednesday 13 November 1991 and Friday 15 November 1991 on Paramount Stage 16.

He returned to Star Trek in Star Trek: Voyager, where he appeared as a recurring crewmember. For the fifth season episode "Juggernaut", he filmed his scene on Wednesday 20 January 1999 on Paramount Stage 9. In addition, Tabata worked as stand-in for guest actors such as for Jason Alexander in the episode "Think Tank". More recently, Tabata also appeared in two episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise.

Tabata was featured as Security Officer Hanson in several episodes of J. Michael Straczynski's Babylon 5 in 1994, with Bill Mumy, Mary Kay Adams, Andreas Katsulas, Beth Toussaint, David L. Crowley, Michael Ansara, and Dwight Schultz. He also had guest parts in episodes of Bodies of Evidence (1993, with Kate McNeil, Marcy Goldman, Jack Kehler, Susanna Thompson, William Powell-Blair, and Deborah Landis), Married... with Children (1996), Home Improvement (1996), General Hospital (2001), Strong Medicine (2002, with Richard Tanner), and Living with Fran (2006, with Arne Starr).
