Wilfried Elmenreich (born 17 August 1973; age 51) is a professor, researcher, and scholar who co-edited Set Phasers to Teach!: Star Trek in Research and Teaching.
He is a professor of Smart Grids at the Institute of Networked and Embedded Systems at the University of Klagenfurt, Austria with research interests in intelligent energy systems, self-organizing systems, and swarm intelligence.
