William Clinton as the timeline corrected itself
William "Bill" Jefferson Clinton was a 20th century Human politician who served as the President of the United States of America.
An image of him, with his wife Hillary Rodham Clinton was among several historical images seen by Daniels and Archer in the time stream as the timeline reorganized itself. (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II")
Best known as Bill Clinton, he served as the 42nd President from 1993 until 2001. During this time, one and half seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation, all seven seasons of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (save for the first three episodes) and six and half seasons of Star Trek: Voyager were broadcast, as well as three films released, making him the US President with the largest number of Star Trek productions released under his term.
In the Star Trek universe, the era of his first term was when the Eugenics Wars were supposed to have occurred and he would have been President at the time of Khan Noonien Singh's downfall. He is referenced in that capacity in The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume Two.
