In 2256, Harcourt Fenton Mudd wore a time crystal on his wrist. (DIS: "Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad")

In 2268, Doctor Leonard McCoy, as he performed brain surgery on Spock, stimulated the nerve endings and observed the physical reaction. One of the nerve endings was in the right wrist, which reacted positively to the stimulation. (TOS: "Spock's Brain")

In 2367, Worf's right wrist was broken by a Paxan-possessed Deanna Troi. Doctor Beverly Crusher reset and treated the wrist with a subcutaneous bone fusion unit. This was one of the pieces of evidence which suggested that there was a mystery which had to be solved by the crew of the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Clues")

In 2380, after his wrist restraints were removed by Beckett Mariner, Fletcher complained that his wrists were "all chafed". (LD: "Terminal Provocations")
