Yigrish cream pie was a dessert available at the Replimat on Deep Space 9.
Doctor Bashir ate a slice of this cream pie during one of his lunches with Elim Garak in 2371. (DS9: "Distant Voices")
The food used for the pie was actually flan, a Mexican desert.
