Yridia I was the first planet in the Yridia system. This planet was located within Sector 2158 of the Beta Quadrant.
In the centuries before the 24th century, this planet was occupied by the Romulans. In 2370, this was one of several planets where the Romulan ruins were raided by a band of mercenaries led by Arctus Baran. (TNG: "Gambit, Part I")
This planet's quadrant of origin is inferred based on the position of neighboring systems, such as the Calder system and the Draken system, as seen in the star charts appearing in the Star Trek: Discovery episode "The War Without, The War Within" and the Star Trek: Picard episode "Maps and Legends".
Information on this planet was from dialog and from an okudagram seen on the bridge of the USS Enterprise-D. This graphic was put up for auction in 2018. [1]
