Yvonne Suhor (29 November 1961 – 27 September 2018; age 56) was the actress who played Eudana in the Star Trek: Voyager first season episode "Prime Factors".
Born in New Orleans, Suhor is perhaps best known for her role as a series regular on the television series The Young Riders (1989-1991). She starred in that series as Louise "Lou" Mcloud alongside Josh Brolin and Stephen Baldwin as well as Anthony Zerbe. Also appearing on the show as a young Jesse James was actor Christopher Pettiet. John de Lancie and Jennifer Hetrick also appeared together in one episode. Suhor also played the eponymous role in the Northern Exposure episode "Cicely".
Prior to and during her television career, Suhor appeared in several stage productions. In 1988 she starred in the Steppenwolf Theater Production of "The Grapes of Wrath" as Rose of Sharon alongside Gary Sinese's Tom Joad.
From 1997 until her death in 2018 at the age of 56 from pancreatic cancer, Suhor ran Art's Sake Film Acting Studio out of Orlando, Florida where she instructed her students in an acting approach centered on the Meisner technique. [1] [2]
