Zolan's species were a spacefaring humanoid species distinguished by rounded forehead structures and wide enlarged nostrils, and were native to the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.
They were often seen visiting Deep Space 9 during the 2370s. (DS9: "Cardassians", "The Abandoned", "In the Cards")
One of Tosin's henchmen seen in VOY: "Fair Trade" wore the same prosthetic, however, was colored a grey-ish tone.
